ABOUT

Who I am

Braxton was born and raised in Overland Park, KS. Chasing his NFL dreams and a single offer out of high school, he attended Iowa State University as a walk-on. What he did not know was how drastically this decision would change his life and the lives of those around him. At eighteen years old and over the next five years, Braxton learned lessons on leadership, accountability, success, culture, sacrifice, fortitude, relationships, adversity, and more. By the time Braxton graduated, he built unbreakable relationships, gained a lifetime of memories, received a Construction Engineering degree with a minor in Business Management, became a two-year starter for the Cyclones, and played a role in turning around one of the historically worst football programs in the country. Since his time at Iowa State, Braxton has looked to continue to positively impact the lives of others. This includes sharing his story as a speaker, becoming an author, and his work within the community.

PURPOSE

Braxton’s “why” or purpose is to make others the best version of themselves. This means looking for opportunities to help others grow. It is investing in people because of who they are, not what they do. Braxton strives to show individuals their potential in any aspect of life, and how to maximize that in the right way.

MISSION

Serving others is the manner in which Braxton lives out his mission. This is his “how”. This includes understanding different perspectives and implementing positive change into the personal, business, and spiritual lives of others. It is an approach which lets go of naturally selfish thoughts and actions. Instead, these thoughts and actions are transformed into selfless habits with the intent to make others better.
